Connecting CMS and commerce platforms to ChatRex to work with the bot catalog, goods, balances and orders.

The section contains ChatRex integrations with online store management platforms. After connecting, the bot gets access to the authorized directory data and the available operations of the selected CMS.

InSales - products and options, customers, receipt and creation of orders.
Shop-Script — categories, products, order creation and search.
OpenCart - goods, balances, receipt and creation of orders.
CS-Cart is an active directory, options, combinations, prices and residues of the selected storefront.
Odoo is a published directory, options, prices and Odoo eCommerce balances.
Ecwid - published products, options, prices, balances and references.
Wix Stores is a directory of a published Wix site in read mode.
Webflow — Products and SKU published Webflow Ecommerce site.
Squarespace — visible products, options, prices, balances and links Squarespace Commerce.
Salesforce B2C Commerce - online products and options, platform prices, availability and links of the selected site.
Shopware is a directory of the selected sales channel, language and currency Shopware 6.
Joomla Commerce is a published HikaShop or VirtueMart directory through the Joomla system plugin.
NetCat is a published directory of Netshop or selected components, variants, residues and widget.
Nethouse - catalog via YML, availability of goods and links.

Preparing for release

BigCommerce - products and options, prices, balances and links of the selected storefront; the application is preparing for the BigCommerce App Marketplace.
1C-Bitrix: Site Management - published directory, prices, options, balances and links; the module is being prepared for Marketplace.
HostCMS - catalog, warehouses and chat on the showcase; checked on the isolated stand of HostCMS 7.1.7 "Start", public release is being prepared.
DIAFAN.CMS - catalog, options, residues and chat; checked at the test store, a public release is being prepared.

After connecting

Check the connection status and perform a secure test on the test item or order. Then add the desired operations in the tab Integrations and actions.

The dataset and actions depend on the platform. Ecwid, Wix Stores, Webflow, Squarespace, Salesforce B2C Commerce, Shopware, Joomla Commerce, Odoo and CS-Cart transmit a directory of the selected connection area, and OpenCart, InSales and Shop-Script can also provide order transactions.
