Connecting Wix Stores

Integration transmits ChatRex published directory Wix Stores in read mode. The bot will be able to find products and options, check the price and balance, and send a public link.

Buyers and orders are not transferred, changes to goods through ChatRex are not performed.

Before connecting n

• Add Wix Stores to the site;
• publish a website and at least one product;
• Prepare the rights to install applications for the desired Wix site.

Connection

1. In the Wix App Market, install ChatRex AI Sales Assistant on the desired site.
2. Open the ChatRex app in the Wix control panel.
3. Press Connect.
4. Log in to ChatRex and confirm the link to the selected site.
5. Wait for the status Connected.

Verification

Find a product with several options, get a card, clarify the option and check its balance. Then make sure the link opens the published site.

Shutdown

Turn off Wix Stores in ChatRex. If access is no longer needed, uninstall the ChatRex app in the Wix control panel.
