Yandex Market

The integration receives customer reviews and questions, prepares and publishes approved responses, classifies requests, and processes seller-account events.

Obtaining data for connection

1. In the Yandex Market seller dashboard, open Settings → API and modules → API-Key.
2. Create an API-Key and enable Conversation with customers.
3. Copy the key: Once the window is closed, it may no longer be displayed.
4. Find the seller account's Business ID.

Add rights to orders, returns and products only when the bot actually uses the relevant operations.

Connect to ChatRex

1. Open Integrations and select Yandex Market.
2. Insert API-Key.
3. Enter Business ID and select Connect.
4. Wait for key and status check Connected.
5. Copy the webhook URL that appears in the connection settings.

API notifications

1. In Yandex Market, open Settings → APIs and modules → API notifications.
2. Select Connect notifications.
3. Choose the seller account and required event types, such as new reviews, comments, and questions.
4. Insert HTTPS webhook URL from ChatRex.
5. Save the setting and wait for a successful PING check.

Without API notifications, the bot will be able to request data by actions, but new events will not arrive in ChatRex immediately after they appear.

• orders and returns in the presence of rights;
• internal recommendations for product cards;
• Sending permitted events to the CRM if routing is enabled separately.

Verify the result

1. Get a raw feedback or question.
2. Create a draft answer.
3. Check the text and publish it only after explicit confirmation.
4. Create a test event or wait for a new request and check for it in ChatRex.

Disconnect

Turn off integration in ChatRex, then delete or turn off the created API notification in the Yandex Market a account. If necessary, revoke API-Key.
