After the connection of Yandex Market, the set of operations depends on the API-Key rights.

Feedback and questions

• Receive available requests — finds reviews, questions, or both and supports filters for response status and product, a limit of 50, and cursor pagination.
• Receive a request — returns a review or question by numeric ID together with its responses.
• Create a draft answer — generates up to 4,096 characters and returns a fingerprint of that exact version.
• Publish a response — creates or updates a response after manual confirmation.
• Classify the request — identifies its topic, sentiment, urgency, and risk.
• Hand over to a team member — creates a manual route and records the reason.

Publishing requires the Communication with buyers permission, an unchanged draft fingerprint, user confirmation, and a unique idempotency key. ChatRex blocks automatic publication of critical requests and risky promises.

Other activities

• Receive Marketplace Events - returns received and duplicated API notifications.
• Create a draft product card - forms an internal recommendation, but does not change the catalog.
• Send an event to CRM - only transmits permitted fields and works if routing and event type are enabled separately.

Setup and script

1. Add the required actions on the bot's Integrations and actions tab.
2. Receive and classify the request.
3. Hand critical cases over to a team member.
4. Create a draft and check the facts.
5. Only publish the unmodified confirmed version.
