Connect YCLIENTS, Altegio, Google Calendar, and Calendly to work with schedules and appointments.

Booking-system and calendar integrations let a bot retrieve services, staff, and available time slots, and create or change appointments when the selected service supports it.

After connecting

The connection gives ChatRex access to an external service. To enable the bot to perform operations during the dialogue:

Open the right bot.
Go to Integrations and actions;
Add the operation of the connected system;
adjust the input parameters and reaction to the result;
specify the conditions for calling the action in the system prompt;
Check the script in Testing.

Before testing the creation, transfer or cancellation of a record, use a test client and check the selected branch, employee, date and time.
