Altegio connection
How to log Altegio into ChatRex and prepare actions for customer services, schedules and records
Integration allows the bot to work with Altegio branches, services, employees, resources, schedules and records.
Before connecting n
Log in under the Altegio user who has access to the right branches and records operations.
Connection
- Open Integrations.
- Press Connect integration.
- On the Data Sources tab, select Altegio.
- Open Connect and press Connect.
- On the Altegio page, confirm your ChatRex connection.
- Back in ChatRex, check the status of Connected.
In Altegio can appear a separate user ChatRex — chatbot based on AI.
Set-up of action
Connection only gives you access to the data. For the bot to advise and record clients, add operations according to the instructions Altegio actions.
Verification
On test data, check the branch, service, employee or resource, free time and record creation. Compare the result with the Altegio calendar.
Do not allow the bot to modify or delete the record without explicit customer confirmation.
