Calendly Connection

“How to connect Calendly to an API token and configure employee acquisition and available intervals.”

Integration allows the bot to get a list of employees and available intervals for a meeting.

Obtaining an API token

Open Calendly Integration Page.
Create a new token if it does not already exist.
Copy the value and store it as a password.

Connecting to ChatRex

Open Integrations and press Connect integration.
In the Data Sources tab, select Calendly.
Open Connect.
Insert the API token and press Connect.
Make sure the status has changed to Connected.

Set-up of action

Add the bot to get employees and available schedule according to the instructions Actions Calendly.

Verification

Ask for a period in which there are busy and free intervals and compare the answer to Calendly. Be sure to check the time zone.

Do not publish an API token in a prompt, posts, screenshots, or knowledge base files. If the token is disclosed, recall it to Calendly and create a new one.
