Wildberries connection
The integration allows the bot to read questions and feedback from Wildberries buyers, classify appeals, prepare draft responses, and publish human-confirmed text within the token’s permissions.
Wildberries connects as a data source and set of activities, not as a channel. Chats buyers and other messages through this integration in ChatRex are not received.
Creating a token
To connect you need a service token with the category Questions and reviews:
- Enter WB Partners.
- Press the name of the organization.
- Open Integrations by API.
- Press + Create a token.
- Select ChatRex and Questions and Reviews.
- Create a token and immediately copy it to a secure storage.
Permits issued to the token determine the available actions. A read-only token will allow you to receive questions and feedback, but not publish or change answers.
Do not send the token to chat, do not store it in source code and do not add to public logs. If the token could be disclosed, recall it to WB Partners and create a new one.
Connection
- In ChatRex, open Integrations.
- Press Connect integration, select Wildberries and press Connect.
- In the Connection installation tab, insert the service token in the Service token field.
- Press Connect.
- Make sure that you have the status of a work or test room.
- Check the Available features of the token: reading reviews, reading questions and confirming the publication of answers.
Once connected, the token is stored in encrypted form and is no longer shown.
Secure publication of responses
Connection does not mean automatic publication of any text. To record a response, ChatRex checks the token’s access and re-receives the original request. The published text should:
- coincide with the draft, which was confirmed by the person;
- contain from 2 to 5 000 characters;
- not require mandatory transfer to a specialist;
- not contain risky promises, such as unconfirmed compensation or delivery time;
- Send with a unique key to protect against republishing.
Critical complaints about security, counterfeiting, legal claims or personal data should be communicated to the employee. If the result of the publication is unknown, first check the response in Wildberries and do not re-start the action with a new key.
Actions bot
After connecting, add the necessary operations in the tab Integrations and actions. Receipt of appeals, drafting, classification, referral and publication are described in Actions Wildberries.
Verification
- Get some unanswered questions and feedback.
- Open one appeal as a separate action and compare it to the Wildberries cabinet.
- Create a draft and check the classification and possibility of publication.
- For test publication manually confirm the exact text, use the unique idempotence key and check the result in WB Partners.
- Make sure the critical appeal is sent to the employee and not automatically posted.
Publishing and editing a response changes the real-world data of Wildberries. Don’t include a post confirmation in a script where the person doesn’t actually check the final text.
Shutdown
Open the Wildberries settings in ChatRex and click Disable. After disconnecting, the token is removed from the connection, the available features are reset, and the read and publish actions stop working.
Also recall the service token in the WB Partners office if it is no longer needed or could have been disclosed.
