CRM integrations allow ChatRex to use data about customers, transactions, orders and tasks. Depending on the service, the connection can also work as a messaging channel or run a bot from CRM automation.

Connection and use

1. Open the article with the desired CRM and perform authorization.
2. Check that the connection appears active in Integrations.
3. If the CRM is used for messages, assign its channel to the bot in the Channels and launch tab.
4. To obtain or change data, add the desired operations in the Integrations tab and actions.
5. Check reading and changing the test entity before running on real clients.
