Kommo

Integration with Kommo allows you to process messages from CRM and use data from deals, contacts and companies in the work of the bot.

Connect

1. Open Integrations in ChatRex.
2. Select Connect integration.
3. Find Kommo and select Connect.
4. Sign in to Kommo and provide the requested permissions.
5. Return to ChatRex and confirm that the Kommo integration shows Connected.

Use the integration as a channel

Add Kommo in the Channels and launch tab in the bot settings. When configuring the channel, you can transfer CRM data to the bot, including the deal ID and a link to it, and set the conditions for starting processing.

After saving the settings, check the work on the test deal and test conversation so as not to change the data of real customers.

Actions

Connection adds actions to change the status of the deal, deal fields, contact and company, as well as to set tasks for employees.
