Create an Ozon Response Draft

Prepares a draft of up to 3,000 characters, checks it for risk, and returns a fingerprint of that exact version.

Publish Ozon's response

Publishes only an explicitly approved draft. The action requires write access, an unchanged draft fingerprint, user confirmation, and a unique idempotency key. ChatRex blocks critical requests and unconfirmed promises.

If the publication result is unknown, check the review in Ozon before retrying. Do not retry with a new key until you confirm that no response was published.

Analyze and hand over reviews

• Classify Ozon review — identifies the topic, sentiment, urgency, and risk.
• Hand over an Ozon review — routes the review to a team member and records the reason.
• Receive Ozon events — returns events recorded by the integration.
• Create an Ozon product-card draft — prepares an internal recommendation for the name, description, and attributes without changing Ozon data.

Setting up

Open the bot's Integrations and actions tab and select the required Ozon connection. Start with reading reviews, classifying them, preparing a draft, and handing risky cases to a team member. Enable publishing only after a person has tested and approved the workflow.
