After connecting the catalog, open Integrations and actions in the bot editor. Add the required DIAFAN.CMS operations and select the store connection.

Action	Parameters and result
Search products	Query, SKU, category or attributes. Returns published products in the selected section and language, with variants and prices.
Get product	Product ID and optional variant ID. Returns details, currency, current and previous prices, attributes and availability.
Check availability	Product ID and the selected variant ID. Returns availability and an exact quantity when stock tracking is enabled.
Get product URL	Product ID and optional variant ID. Returns the store's public HTTPS link.

Search requires at least one of query, sku, category or attributes. Optional limit is 1–20 and page is 1–1000. Other actions accept product_id and optional variant_id.

Search, read the product, clarify the desired variant, check its stock and obtain the link. A product price before variant selection may mean “from”. Never report another variant's stock.

Use IDs from a fresh search or product response. Saving a product in DIAFAN can recreate variants with new IDs. If a previous variant is no longer found, search and select the current variant again.

With stock tracking disabled, report only confirmed availability. An unknown quantity means neither zero nor unlimited stock. Zero stock with tracking enabled means the item is unavailable.

Expand Result preview, enter a query or existing product ID and request the result. Use a current variant ID when checking a variant. Then test the same operations through the connected chat and verify that the customer receives the reply.

For empty search results, clarify the SKU or attributes. On connection errors, offer specialist assistance without inventing prices, quantities or links. These operations do not create orders, reserve stock or charge payments.
