HostCMS

First connect your HostCMS store. Open Integrations and actions in the bot editor, add the required operations and select the appropriate connection.

Action	Inputs and result
Search HostCMS products	Supply a query, SKU, category or attributes; at least one condition. Returns matching products and whether another page exists.
Get HostCMS product	Supply a product ID and an optional variant ID. Returns title, price, currency, attributes, available variants and URL.
Check HostCMS inventory	Supply a product ID and selected variant ID. Returns availability, known quantity and stock precision.
Get HostCMS product URL	Supply a product ID and an optional variant ID. Returns a verified HTTPS link on the connected storefront.

Search accepts query, sku, category, attributes, limit from 1 to 20 and page from 1 to 1000. Other operations require product_id and use variant_id when a variant is selected. Obtain IDs from earlier results. Enter parameters manually for a preview; the bot supplies them during a conversation.

Conversation sequence

1. Search for products and offer up to three relevant choices.
2. Get the product details and clarify size, color or another variant.
3. Check inventory for that exact variant.
4. Return the confirmed price with its currency and a link.

Physical stock uses the permitted warehouses and reservations. Selecting no warehouses returns zero physical stock. Unlimited digital products have no exact quantity: report availability without inventing a number. Do not add together inventory from different variants.

If an item is hidden, belongs to another store or an action fails, clarify the request or offer specialist help. Do not substitute guesses for results. Availability does not reserve stock: the actions do not create orders, change the catalog or collect payment.
