Actions 1C-Bitrix: Site management
First, connect the store. In the bot editor, open Integrations and actions and select the connection 1C-Bitrix. Actions read a synchronized directory; calling a bot requires a valid subscription or available demo mode ChatRex.
Find products in 1C-Bitrix
Send a search query length of 2-200 characters. If necessary, specify the category, article, properties and limit from 1 to 20. The action will return published products and a sign of the following results.
Receive goods from 1C-Bitrix
Send product_id from the search result. The action will return the name, article, price, currency, availability, options, description and reference.
Check availability in 1C-Bitrix
Send product_id. If the product has several options, also pass variant_id. The action will return the availability and known balance of the selected product or option.
Receive a reference to the goods
Send product_id. The action will return a public reference to the product card.
Consistency in dialogue
- Find products at the request of the buyer and offer suitable positions.
- Get the card of the selected product, specify the desired option.
- Check the availability of this option and report the price with the currency.
- Give me a link to the store card.
Take identifiers from the previous action result. If the product is hidden, absent from the connected directory or the check ended in an error, do not invent a price, balance or link. These actions do not create or modify orders, do not reserve goods or write off payment.
