Actions BigCommerce
After connecting BigCommerce, the bot works with the catalog of the selected storefront. In the bot editor, add the necessary actions and select the BigCommerce connection. The name of the product, article, identifier and other parameters of the bot transmits into action during the dialogue.
Find BigCommerce Products
Looking for goods at the request of the buyer. The bot can specify the search by article, category and user fields. The action returns relevant goods and options with prices, currency and availability.
Get the BigCommerce merchandise
Returns the full product_id card from the search result: name, article, description, price, currency, image, user fields, options and information about the balances.
Check the availability of BigCommerce
Check the availability and known balance of the goods. The bot transmits both product_id and variant_id.
Get a link from BigCommerce
Returns a public link to the product in the selected showcase. For reference, product_id from a previously received card is used.
Recommended sequence
- Find several suitable products at the request of the buyer.
- Get a card of the selected product.
- If you have options, specify the necessary parameters.
- Check for the exact product or option.
- Report the confirmed price and send a link to the storefront.
Do not guess the price, currency, balance or reference. If the action does not find the product or BigCommerce is temporarily unavailable, offer the buyer to clarify the request or pass the dialogue to the employee. These actions do not reserve the goods and do not create an order.
