Before adding actions, connect MoySklad.

Get categories of goods

Returns identifiers and category names. You can allow all categories or select only certain ones.

Receive goods in category

Returns goods of a specified or selected bot category: identifier, name, price, balance and article if available. Enable category wait from the bot if the category is determined from the user's request.

Enable Receive items with only leftovers to filter out the catalog. Then select more or less and specify the residue threshold.

Get all the goods

Returns a complete catalog with identifiers, names, prices and balances. For a large catalog, actions by category are preferred.

A residual filter is also available for the full catalog.

Filtration by warehouse

In actions Get product categories, Get goods in category and Get all goods you can limit the result to the selected warehouses:

1. Add one of the listed actions MoySklad.
2. In the action card, enable Filtration by warehouse. By default, the switch is off.
3. In the field that appears, select one or more warehouses.
4. Complete the action setting and save the bot changes.

After turning on the filter, the bot receives data only from selected warehouses. If filtration is not needed, leave the switch off - the action will work without restriction in warehouses.

Hover over the hint icon next to the setting to see the description: “Allows the bot to transfer data only from selected warehouses.”

Create an order

Creates an order with goods, quantity and known customer data. Returns the identifier and order number.

Searching for orders

Looks for an order by number and returns basic data: identifier, status, date and composition.
