Message automation in ChatRex Lite
ChatRex Lite supports automatic messaging Through Digital Pipeline and Salesbot in amoCRM.
To send one message sequentially across multiple channels, use cascading.
Digital Pipeline
You can set up automatic messaging:
- when creating a transaction;
- when moving the transaction to the stage;
- change of status.
Example of scenario
Transition to the “New Client” stage The client is automatically sent a message to WhatsApp.
Salesbot
ChatRex Lite can be used by Salesbot to:
- sending automatic messages;
- notifications to customers;
- Simple communication scenarios.
AmoCRM Variables in Messages
In the message text, type @ to open the amoCRM field selector. The fields are grouped by entity types, and the desired value can be found through a search.
System fields are also available:
- Deal - name, responsible and budget;
- Contact - name, responsible, phone, email and position;
- Company - name, responsible, phone and email;
- Buyer - name, responsible, date and amount of the next purchase.
When you start automation, ChatRex Lite replaces the variable value from the current transaction, contact, company or buyer.
Variables work in the main text, alternative messages and synonymization. Before saving, make sure that the selected field is filled in amoCRM.
Cascade dispatch
In ChatRex Lite action, you can enable Cascading send and select pre-created cascade script and message template.
The script determines the order of channels, transition conditions and waiting time. The template contains text, amoCRM variables, and anti-spam processing settings. If the message does not reach the desired status in a given time, ChatRex Lite sends it through the next channel.
The detailed setting is described in the article Cascading send.
It is important to consider
- Messages are sent from the connected channel;
- It is not recommended to send the same message to a large number of customers.
- For mass scenarios, use built-in anti-spam mechanisms.
- Before turning on the cascade, make sure all script channels are connected and active.
Best practices
- Use automation for notifications and confirmations.
- Add pauses between messages;
- Avoid aggressive scenarios.
