Sign up and sign in

To get started, create a ChatRex account and confirm your email. If you already have an account, log in by email and password.

Create an account

1. Open ChatRex.
2. On the sign-in page, select Create an account.
3. Enter your email address, complete the required fields, and create a password.
4. Submit the registration form.
5. Enter the confirmation code from the email.

After you enter the correct code, ChatRex activates your account and signs you in automatically.

Sign in

1. Open ChatRex.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Select Sign in.

If your credentials are correct but the account has not been activated, ChatRex redirects you to the confirmation screen. Enter the code from the email to activate the account and continue automatically.

After signing in, continue to create your first bot.

If you cannot sign in

• Check the keyboard layout, email address, and password.
• If you forgot your password, use the password-recovery option on the sign-in page.
• If activation is incomplete, enter the code from the confirmation email.
• If the email does not arrive, check your Spam folder.
