Terms of Service

Terms governing access to and use of ChatRex, including Webflow and other integrations.

Effective date: September 18, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the ChatRex websites, hosted platform, APIs, integrations, and documentation (the "Service"). The Service is provided by RUBICON TECHNOLOGIES LLP, BIN 221140012450, 12 Saryarka Avenue, Saryarka District, Astana 010000, Republic of Kazakhstan ("ChatRex", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, connecting an integration, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

1. The Service

ChatRex enables businesses to configure AI-assisted chatbots, connect communication channels and authorized business systems, answer customer inquiries, and perform configured actions. Available functions depend on the selected plan, connected services, permissions, and customer configuration.

ChatRex may improve or replace features. We will provide reasonable notice where a change materially reduces paid functionality unless immediate action is required for security, law, or a third-party platform.

2. Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and access tokens, restrict access to authorized personnel, and remain responsible for activity under your account. You must obtain the rights, permissions, notices, and legal bases required for information that you connect to or submit through ChatRex.

Report suspected unauthorized access to info@chatrex.pro.

3. License

Subject to these Terms and applicable fees, ChatRex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to use the hosted Service for internal business purposes during the subscription term. ChatRex and its licensors retain ownership of the Service, software, documentation, branding, configurations, and other intellectual property. Components distributed under a separate open-source license remain governed by that license.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity; send unlawful spam; process information without an appropriate legal basis; bypass authentication, billing, usage limits, or security controls; disrupt or probe the Service; upload malicious code; or use AI output as the sole basis for legally significant decisions without a lawful basis and appropriate human review.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to prevent harm, investigate abuse, protect data, comply with law, or maintain platform security.

5. Webflow integration

ChatRex Ecommerce AI is a read-only Webflow Data Client. When you authorize it, ChatRex may use sites:read, cms:read, and ecommerce:read to list selectable sites, identify the selected site's Ecommerce collections, and retrieve published products, SKUs, prices, inventory, images, and public product links.

The integration does not create or change Webflow products, orders, pages, or site content. It does not inject scripts, widgets, Custom Code, or a Designer Extension into the site. ChatRex does not crawl, bulk-export, or maintain a separate index of a connected Webflow catalog.

You may disconnect Webflow in ChatRex or revoke access in Webflow. Disconnecting stops new authorized requests and deletes the stored OAuth token. Information already included in ChatRex conversations remains subject to the Privacy Policy, customer deletion instructions, and applicable legal retention obligations.

You remain responsible for selecting the correct site, granting appropriate access, testing assistant responses, and providing notices to your customers where required.

6. Artificial intelligence

The Service may use third-party AI providers, including OpenAI. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for testing configured assistants, maintaining appropriate human oversight, verifying material statements and actions, and informing end users about automated processing where required.

7. Customer Content and privacy

"Customer Content" means information submitted, synchronized, generated, or transmitted through the Service on your behalf. You retain ownership of Customer Content and grant ChatRex a limited right to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process it only as necessary to provide and secure the Service, execute configured instructions, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. When ChatRex processes store, CRM, communication, or conversation data on a customer's instructions, the customer generally acts as controller and ChatRex as processor or service provider.

8. Third-party services

The Service may interoperate with Webflow, OpenAI, communication providers, CRM systems, commerce platforms, hosting services, and payment providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. You authorize ChatRex to exchange information with the services you connect as necessary to perform your configuration.

Webflow and its marks belong to Webflow, Inc. ChatRex is not endorsed by a third-party provider except where an applicable public listing states otherwise.

9. Fees, billing, and trials

ChatRex subscription fees, billing periods, usage allowances, taxes, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. The Webflow integration is installed without a Webflow checkout; the ChatRex subscription is purchased separately from ChatRex. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not normally end access before the paid period expires.

Trials may have limited functionality, may expire automatically, and may be modified or withdrawn. Trial data is handled under the Privacy Policy.

10. Support and availability

Support is available through the channels published by ChatRex. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation unless a separate service-level agreement applies.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel renewal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for unpaid fees, material breach, security or legal risk, a connected platform's requirement, or where continued service would violate law. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to remedy the issue.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or a particular commercial result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatRex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, or data. ChatRex's aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount paid to ChatRex for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Subject to mandatory rights, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan. Before filing a claim, the parties should attempt to resolve it by contacting info@chatrex.pro.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, security requirements, or business practices. The current version shows its effective date.
