Wappi connection
How to connect a Wappi profile with an API token and ID, assign it to a bot, and verify messages.
The integration allows the bot to process requests from a WhatsApp profile connected to Wappi.
Before you connect
Create and activate your profile in Wappi. Prepare it API Token and ID profile.
Connect
- Open Integrations and select Connect integration.
- Select Wappi.
- Log in to Wappi and open the desired profile.
- Copy API Token and ID profile.
- Insert both values in the ChatRex form.
- Select Connect and wait for the status Connected.
Assign the channel and test it
- Open My Bots → Change → Channels and Launch.
- Add a connected Wappi profile.
- Save the changes.
- Send a test message to WhatsApp and check the answer.
If no messages arrive, check the Wappi profile activity, token, ID, subscription, and bot launch terms.
The API token is a secret. If it is disclosed, replace it in Wappi and update ChatRex integration.
