Connecting Avito to amoCRM

How to connect Avito to amoCRM via ChatRex Lite

ChatRex Lite allows you to connect Avito to amoCRM and work with customer messages directly inside the CRM: in transaction and contact cards, saving the history of correspondence.

Once connected, new requests from Avito automatically enter amoCRM and are available to managers without having to open an Avito account.

What you need to connect to Avito

Before starting, make sure that:

  • You have ChatRex Lite widget installed in amoCRM.
  • You have an active Avito account.
  • you have access to an Avito account with owner or administrator rights;
  • The Avito account is not connected to another ChatRex account.

How to connect Avito

  1. Open amoCRM and go to the ChatRex Lite widget settings.
  2. Go to Channels.
  3. Press Connect Avito.
  4. Click Authorize via Avito.
  5. Sign in to your Avito account.
  6. Confirm access.
  7. Wait for the status Connected.

After a successful connection, the Avito channel will appear in the list of connected channels.

If an inactive subscription is displayed for Avito, open the Subscriptions section and activate it for the connected channel.

Where messages are displayed

After connecting Avito:

  • Incoming messages are displayed in the transaction cards;
  • correspondence is also available in contact cards;
  • Message history is stored in amoCRM;
  • New applications can automatically create transactions according to the integration settings.

Messages can be sent and received without leaving the CRM.

Set up integration

In the integration settings, you can specify the name of new transactions and the stage at which they will be created. To substitute the value of the amoCRM field in the name, enter @ and select the field from the list.

It's important.

  • One Avito account can only be connected to one ChatRex account.
  • Do not connect one Avito account to multiple CRMs or services at the same time.
  • When you revoke access to the application, the channel may turn off.
  • The limitations of sending messages depend on the Avito rules.

If Avito is not connected

  1. Make sure you log in to the right Avito account.
  2. Make sure that access to the application is provided.
  3. Check if your account is connected to another service.
  4. Reconnect the connection.

If the Avito channel is offline

The channel may be temporarily disabled when you revoke access, change the account owner, change the authorization settings or restrictions by Avito.

In this case, reconnect via ChatRex Lite settings.

What next?

After connecting Avito, you can:

  • process customer requests to amoCRM;
  • Use automated messages via Digital Pipeline and Salesbot
  • Distribute appeals between managers;
  • Connect additional ChatRex Lite channels.

Return to channel connection review.
