Actions Joomla Commerce

After the Joomla Commerce connection (<../../integrations/cms/Joomla Commerce.md>), the bot only works with the published directory of the selected component - HikaShop or VirtueMart.

Available action

• Find products Joomla - looking for products by name, SKU, category and attributes.
• Receive goods Joomla - returns the product card, options, prices, currency, balances and public link.
• Check the availability of Joomla - checks the price and balance of the product or the exact version.
• Receive the link Joomla - returns the verified address of the goods on the showcase.

Recommended scenario

1. Find the product and get a list of options.
2. If there are several options, check with the client the necessary parameters.
3. Before answering, check the price and remainder of the exact option.
4. Send the customer confirmed data and a public link.

Do not add up the remaining options. Use product and option identifiers returned by search and do not show unpublished items.
