Partner Portal

Partner Portal ChatRex is designed for companies and professionals who connect and accompany customers. It allows you to create client accounts, control their balance, pay for the use of the service and go to the client account for setting up.

Cabinet capacity

• review of partner status and remuneration conditions;
• control of the partner balance and transaction history;
• Creating new customer accounts;
• View the list of associated customers and their balances;
• replenishment of the client’s balance;
• Switch to a client account to set up ChatRex;
• View information about the referral program.

How to get started

Partner Portal is available for accounts with connected affiliate status. To access, contact ChatRex support. After activation, the Partner section will appear in the left menu.

Next, open the detailed instruction Customer and Balance Management to learn how:

1. check the partner balance and accruals;
2. Create a customer account;
3. replenish the balance of the client;
4. Go to a customer account.
