Open the bot's **Channels and launch** tab to configure where and when it should respond.

## Add channels and conditions

This section lists the integrations from which the bot can receive messages.

1. Select **Add channel**.
2. Select a previously connected integration.
3. If the service supports additional conditions, configure them. For a CRM, these might include a pipeline, deal stage, or field value.
4. If necessary, add several channels.

Each channel appears in a separate block with its own **Add condition** button. Conditions apply only to the channel in that block.

The set of conditions depends on the source:

- Bitrix24 can filter by deal and customer fields, smart process, and stage;
- Avito can compare an ad name using **Equals**, **Does not equal**, **Contains**, and **Does not contain**;
- ChatRex Lite can make amoCRM conditions available to other connected accounts.

Available operators depend on the field type. Numbers and dates support comparisons, lists provide predefined options, and Boolean fields use enabled or disabled values.

## Follow up when a customer does not reply

For supported channels, enable **Follow up if the customer does not respond**, choose the delay, and enter a message or allow ChatRex to generate one.

To avoid sending a reminder after the conversation has ended, enable **Check whether the customer needs a response** and describe the **Signs of a completed conversation**. The bot checks the conversation before sending the follow-up and skips it when the completion criteria are met.

For some messengers, additional conditions are not supported: the bot starts when a new message is received from the selected channel.

## Working hours

Enable **Configure the bot launch time** if the bot only has to respond on schedule.

- Choose the correct time zone.
- Set the start and end time for each working day.
- Disable days when the bot should not respond.

If the working time setting is turned off, the bot can process messages around the clock when channel conditions are met.

After changing channels or the schedule, select **Save changes**.

!!!warning
If one channel is assigned to multiple bots, set different conditions or schedules. Otherwise, one message may correspond to the conditions of several scenarios.
