# Registration and admission

To get started, create a ChatRex account and confirm your email. If you already have an account, log in by email and password.

## Registration

1. Open [ChatRex](https://app.chatrex.pro/).
2. On the entrance page, go to registration.
3. Enter the email, fill in the remaining mandatory fields and come up with a password.
4. Send the registration form.
5. Enter the confirmation code from the letter.

Once the code is entered correctly, the account is activated and ChatRex automatically logs in.

Do not share the confirmation code with other people. If the email does not arrive, check the **Spam** folder and the correctness of the specified email.

## Entrance

1. Open [ChatRex](https://app.chatrex.pro/).
2. Enter your email and password.
3. Press the entry button.

If the email and password are correct, but the account is not activated, ChatRex will redirect to the code entry screen. Enter the code from the letter - after activation, the input will be performed automatically.

After entering, proceed to [creating the first bot](<./create-and-configure-bot.md>).

## If you can't get in

- Check the keyboard layout, email and password.
- If you forget your password, use password recovery on the login page.
- If you have not completed the activation, enter the code from the letter on the confirmation screen.
- If the code letter does not arrive, check the **Spam** folder.
