# Calendly Connection

Integration allows the bot to get a list of employees and available intervals for a meeting.

## Obtaining an API token

1. Open [Calendly Integration Page](https://calendly.com/integrations/api_webhooks).
2. Create a new token if it does not already exist.
3. Copy the value and store it as a password.

## Connecting to ChatRex

1. Open **Integrations** and press **Connect integration**.
2. In the **Data Sources** tab, select **Calendly**.
3. Open **Connect**.
4. Insert the API token and press **Connect**.
5. Make sure the status has changed to **Connected**.

## Set-up of action

Add the bot to get employees and available schedule according to the instructions [**Actions Calendly**](<../../actions/integrations/calendly.md>).

## Verification

Ask for a period in which there are busy and free intervals and compare the answer to Calendly. Be sure to check the time zone.

Do not publish an API token in a prompt, posts, screenshots, or knowledge base files. If the token is disclosed, recall it to Calendly and create a new one.
