# Altegio connection

Integration allows the bot to work with Altegio branches, services, employees, resources, schedules and records.

## Before connecting n

Log in under the Altegio user who has access to the right branches and records operations.

## Connection

1. Open **Integrations**.
2. Press **Connect integration**.
3. On the **Data Sources** tab, select **Altegio**.
4. Open **Connect** and press **Connect**.
5. On the Altegio page, confirm your ChatRex connection.
6. Back in ChatRex, check the status of **Connected**.

In Altegio can appear a separate user **ChatRex — chatbot based on AI**.

## Set-up of action

Connection only gives you access to the data. For the bot to advise and record clients, add operations according to the instructions [**Altegio actions**](<../../actions/integrations/altegio.md>).

## Verification

On test data, check the branch, service, employee or resource, free time and record creation. Compare the result with the Altegio calendar.
