# Wazzup connection

The integration transmits messages to ChatRex from channels that are already connected to Wazzup.

## Before connecting n

Make sure the channel is active in Wazzup and you have access to the API section.

## Obtaining an API key

1. Enter [Wazzup](https://app.wazzup24.com).
2. Open **Integration with CRM → API**.
3. Copy the API key.

Do not publish the key and do not add it to the prompt.

## Connecting to ChatRex

1. Open **Integrations**.
2. Press **Connect integration** and select **Wazzup**.
3. Insert the API key.
4. Press **Connect**.
5. Make sure ChatRex shows the **Connected** status and available channels.

## Designation of the channel

Open **My Bots → Change → Channels and launch**, add the desired Wazzup channel and save the changes.

In the block of transmitted information, you can use **ID chat**. It is needed if webhook or external action is to address the same Wazzup dialog.

## Verification

Send a message to the connected channel, check the appearance of a dialogue in **Chats** and receive a response in the original messenger.

If the channel does not appear, check its status and rate in Wazzup, correct key and account rights.

If the API key becomes known to an outsider, recall it to Wazzup and update the ChatRex connection.
