# Wappi connection

The integration allows the bot to process requests from a WhatsApp profile connected to Wappi.

## Before connecting n

Create and activate your profile in Wappi. Prepare it **API Token** and **ID profile**.

## Connection

1. Open **Integrations** and press **Connect integration**.
2. Select **Wappi**.
3. Log in to [Wappi](https://wappi.pro/) and open the desired profile.
4. Copy **API Token** and **ID profile**.
5. Insert both values in the ChatRex form.
6. Press **Connect** and wait for the status **Connected**.

## Appointment and verification

1. Open **My Bots → Change → Channels and Launch**.
2. Add a connected Wappi profile.
3. Save the changes.
4. Send a test message to WhatsApp and check the answer.

If no messages arrive, check the Wappi profile activity, token, ID, subscription, and bot launch terms.

The API token is a secret. If it is disclosed, replace it in Wappi and update ChatRex integration.
