# WaHelp connection

The integration allows the bot to process messages from channels connected to WaHelp.

## Connection

1. Make sure the right channel works in WaHelp.
2. Open **Integrations** in ChatRex.
3. Press **Connect integration** and select **WaHelp**.
4. Enter your WaHelp account login and password.
5. Press **Connect**.
6. Select the desired account or channel from the list.
7. Check the status of **Connected**.

## Data for the bot

In the channel settings, you can transfer:

- name of the channel;
- channel type;
- customer phone number;
- previous reports.

If history is enabled, set a reasonable **Message Limit**. The more messages are transmitted, the greater the context and cost of processing.

## Appointment and verification

Add WaHelp in the **Channels tab and launch the desired bot, save the changes and send the test message through the source channel.
