# MessageHelp connection

The integration transmits messages to the bot from channels connected to MessageHelp.

## Connection

1. Check that the channel is active in MessageHelp.
2. Open **Integrations** in ChatRex.
3. Press **Connect integration** and select **MessageHelp**.
4. Enter your MessageHelp account login and password.
5. Press **Connect**.
6. Select the appropriate account or channel.
7. Make sure the status **Connected** is displayed.

## Data for the bot

In the channel settings, you can transfer the name and type of the channel, the client’s phone number and previous messages. If history is included, specify **Message Limit**: only convey the context you really need to answer.

## Designation of the channel

1. Open **My Bots → Change → Channels and Launch**.
2. Add the MessageHelp channel.
3. Set the conditions and save the changes.
4. Send a test message and check the response in the source channel.

If no messages are received, check the MessageHelp connection, selected account, subscription and bot schedule.
