# AlfaCRM connection

Integration provides the bot with data on alfaCRM branches, subjects, lessons, teachers, and records.

## What do you need?

- AlfaCRM account address: **Host**
- the alfaCRM API key;
- Administrator email.

This information can be found in the alfaCRM profile. Store the API key as a password.

## Connection

1. Open **Integrations** in ChatRex.
2. Press **Connect integration**.
3. On the **Data Sources** tab, select **alfaCRM**.
4. Specify the host, API key and email administrator.
5. Press **Connect**.
6. Make sure the status has changed to **Connected**.

## Actions

Add the operations of getting branches, subjects, lessons and teachers, and then enroll in the lesson. The sequence and parameters are described in [**Actions alfaCRM**](<../../actions/integrations/alfacrm.md>).

## Verification

On the test client, check the choice of branch, subject, teacher and time. After creating the record, make sure it appears in alfaCRM with the correct data.

Do not publish the API key in the prompt, messages, files or screenshots. If the key is disclosed, replace it in alfaCRM and update the integration.
