The section contains ChatRex integrations with online store management platforms. After connecting, the bot gets access to the authorized directory data and the available operations of the selected CMS.

Check the connection status and perform a secure test on the test item or order. Then add the desired operations in the tab **Integrations and actions**.

The dataset and actions depend on the platform. Ecwid, Wix Stores, Webflow, Squarespace, Salesforce B2C Commerce, Shopware, Joomla Commerce, Odoo and CS-Cart transmit a directory of the selected connection area, and OpenCart, InSales and Shop-Script can also provide order transactions.
