# Anti-spam and secure newsletters in ChatRex Lite

ChatRex Lite contains built-in anti-spam mechanisms that help reduce the risk of blocking instant messenger accounts when sending messages from amoCRM.

Anti-spam is configured both at the channel level and in amoCRM automations (Digital Pipeline and Salesbot).

## Why you need anti-spam

Messengers analyze the frequency of sending messages, the same texts, sudden bursts of activity and mass mailings of the same type.

ChatRex Lite anti-spam mechanisms allow:
- Send messages in a more “human” way;
- reduce the likelihood of blocking accounts;
- It is safe to use automatic mailings and triggers.

## Channel-level anti-spam

Channel-level anti-spam is applied to all messages sent through this channel, both manually and automatically.

### Where to tune in

Open the ChatRex Lite settings → **Channels** → Select the channel → tab **Settings**.

### Available parameters

**Delay between messages**
Allows you to pause between sending messages.

**Random delay**
You can specify the time range in seconds.
At each sending, the system selects a random value from a given range.

**Maximum number of messages per day**
Limits the total number of messages sent through the channel per day.
This helps to avoid sharp bursts of activity and exceeding the limits of messengers.

**Time to start sending messages**

Determines when ChatRex Lite will start sending automatically, taking into account the set daily limit. Select the time in `hh:mm` format. The default is **00:00**.

## Anti-spam in amoCRM automation

ChatRex Lite supports anti-spam mechanisms when automatically sending messages via Digital Pipeline and Salesbot.

In triggers, you can manage the logic of sending messages and include additional protection mechanisms.

## Synonymization of messages

Synonymization allows you to automatically change the wording within a single message so that texts do not repeat verbatim.

Working principle:
- in the text of the message several variants of words or phrases are indicated;
- When sending ChatRex Lite randomly selects one of the options.

> 💡 **Example**
> Use synonymization to prevent repeated messages:
>
> Hello! {Welcome to write |We are contacting you |We are writing to you } at your request.

It is recommended:
- use several variants of wording;
- Change keywords and phrases;
- Avoid completely identical text messages.

## Alternative communications

In automation, you can set up to three alternative messages.

When sending ChatRex Lite:
- randomly selects one of these messages;
- This reduces text repetition and the load on anti-spam filters.

This mechanism is especially useful for mass mailings and heating up the base.

AmoCRM variables added via `@` are supported mainly by alternative messages as well as synonymization.

## Bypassing anti-spam filters

In triggers, the option “Bypassing anti-spam filters” is available.

It is recommended to use it:
- for service notifications;
- for important system messages;
- to respond to incoming customer requests.

It is not recommended to include anti-spam bypass for bulk and cold mailings.

## Recommendations for safe distribution n

- Include delays and randomization;
- Use synonymization and alternative messages;
- Do not send a large amount of messages immediately after connecting the channel.
- Increase the limits gradually;
- Send mailings only to the relevant customer base.

## Outcome

ChatRex Lite provides a complete set of anti-spam tools:
- delays and channel level limits;
- synonymization of messages;
- alternative texts;
- integration with Digital Pipeline and Salesbot.

This allows you to safely automate communication with customers and reduce the risk of blocking messengers.
