# Actions Yandex Marketa

After [the connection of Yandex Marketa](<../../integrations/marketplaces/Yandex Market.md>), the set of operations depends on the API-Key rights.

## Feedback and questions

- **Receive available appeals** - Looks for reviews, questions or both; answer status, product, limit to 50 and cursor are available.
- **Receive a request** - returns an exact review or question by numerical identifier along with the answers.
- **Create a draft answer** - generates text up to 4096 characters and a fingerprint of the confirmed version.
- **Publish a response** - Creates or changes a response after manual confirmation.
- **Classify the appeal** - assesses the topic, tone, urgency and risks of the existing treatment.
- **Transmit to the operator** - creates a manual route with the cause.

To publish, you need the right **Communication with buyers**, an exact print of the draft, a user confirmation and a unique transaction key. Critical appeals and risky promises are not automatically published.

## Other activities

- **Receive Marketplace Events** - returns received and duplicated API notifications.
- **Create a draft product card** - forms an internal recommendation, but does not change the catalog.
- **Send an event to CRM** - only transmits permitted fields and works if routing and event type are enabled separately.

## Setup and script

1. Add the desired actions in the tab **Integrations and actions**.
2. Receive and classify the appeal.
3. Pass the critical case to the operator.
4. Create a draft and check the facts.
5. Only publish the unmodified confirmed version.

If the result of the entry is unknown, first check the answer in the Yandex Market  and only then decide if you need a repeat.
