# Actions Salesforce B2C Commerce

After [connecting Salesforce B2C Commerce](<../../integrations/cms/Salesforce B2C Commerce.md>), the bot works with the online directory of the selected site, locales and currencies.

## Available action

- **Find Salesforce Products** - searches for online products and options on request, SKU, categories and parameters. The number of results is from 1 to 20.
- **Receive the goods Salesforce** - returns the goods at `product_id`, options, media and prices calculated by the platform.
- **Check for Salesforce** - returns the product availability calculated by Salesforce or the exact `variant_id`.
- **Get a Salesforce link** - forms a public link using a template configured by the administrator of the target site.

## Recommended scenario

1. Find the product and save it `product_id`.
2. Get a card and a list of options.
3. Check with the client if there are several.
4. Check the price and availability immediately before answering.
5. Send a public link only after a successful product check.

Price and availability depend on the context of the connected site, locales, currency and Salesforce settings. Do not use identifiers from another site and do not replace the live result with a value from a prompt or knowledge base.
