# Actions Ozon Seller

After [connecting Ozon Seller](<../../integrations/marketplaces/Ozon.md>), the bot can work with reviews. Questions and chats from Ozon are now unavailable.

## Working with feedback

### Get available reviews from Ozon

Returns reviews with a status filter and a limit of 1 to 100. For the next page, use the returned cursor.

### Get feedback from Ozon

Returns feedback by identifier, evaluation, product data and availability of response.

### Create an Ozon Response Draft

Prepares text up to 3,000 characters, performs a risk check and returns a print of the exact version of the draft.

### Publish Ozon's response

Only a clearly confirmed draft is published. You need permissioned recording mode, unchanged draft print, user confirmation and a unique operation key. Critical appeals and unconfirmed promises are blocked.

If the result of the publication is unknown, check the review in Ozon manually. Do not run a repeat with a new key until you make sure there is no answer.

## Analysis and transmission to the operator

- **Classify Ozon review** - defines the topic, tonality, urgency and risk. You can send feedback or text and evaluation.
- **Transmit the Ozon review to the operator** - creates a manual route with the reason for the transfer.
- **Receive Ozon** - returns recorded integration events.
- **Create a draft of the Ozon** card - forms an internal recommendation on the name, description and attributes; the Ozon directory does not change.

## Setting up

Add the actions in the **Integrations tab and the actions of the** bot and select the desired Ozon connection. Start by receiving a review, creating a draft and transferring it to the operator. Publish only after checking the script by a person.

## Recommended scenario

1. Get raw feedback.
2. Open the exact review and classify it.
3. Give the operator a request for security, personal data, legal risks or forgery.
4. Create and verify a draft.
5. Only publish the confirmed version if the recording mode is allowed.
