# Actions Ecwid

After [connecting Ecwid](<../../integrations/cms/Ecwid.md>), the bot only works with the published store directory.

## Available action

- **Find products Ecwid** - looking for published products and options.
- **Receive Ecwid** - returns the card, options, current prices and link.
- **Check for Ecwid** - checks for a product or a specific variant; the remaining options are not summarized.
- **Receive Ecwid** - returns the canonical link of the current storefront.

## Recommended scenario

1. Find merchandise.
2. Get a card and options.
3. Check with the buyer the mandatory parameters.
4. Check the remainder of a particular option.
5. Report the confirmed price and availability and send the link.

If the item is not located, check that it is published and available in the connected Ecwid store.
